Kingway USA — site + getting found
New site we can actually update. Then getting Kingway found in Google and AI search, while we keep the LinkedIn work that is already sending people to the site.
Monthly pricing, plain and simple
You already pay Graydian for LinkedIn social. This proposal is one combined monthly line at $2,350. That number includes the LinkedIn work we do today plus the search work (keyword research, competitor research, pages, backlinks, Graydian Intelligence). It is not $900 for social and another $2,350 on top. One retainer. One invoice.
One-time. Half to start, half at launch.
LinkedIn + search. Combined. Replaces social-only.
What this is for
People looking for a supplier (and the AI tools they use first) search for problems and applications. They do not search your catalog the way the catalog is built today.
You already tell that story in the flipbook and on LinkedIn. LinkedIn is warming people who already know you, and it is driving traffic and some calls. We keep that.
The gap is strangers. They find you when lasting pages on the site match the problems they type into Google or ChatGPT. A LinkedIn post is gone in a few days. A page on kingway-usa.com can keep working for years. That only happens if we can publish and improve those pages without a fight.
Why WordPress
The current site looks like a custom CMS. Fine for a brochure. Hard for the work we want to do next.
Search and AI tools need pages we can add, rewrite, retitle, and redirect as we learn what people actually type. On a custom build, that usually means a ticket to the original shop, a wait, and a bill. We stop. The catalog stays the catalog. You do not get found for the headaches OEMs actually search.
WordPress is the fix because Graydian can run it.
- We log in and publish. New problem or application page without a custom-code job.
- Titles, headings, and URLs that Google and AI tools can read. We can change them when a page is not landing.
- Old links can keep working. Redirects so a product URL from years ago does not die.
- Forms, Analytics, and Search Console sit in one place we already use.
- Same kind of setup a lot of industrial sites run. Built to grow content, not freeze it.
How that helps Kingway
Right now LinkedIn can send someone to the site, but the site is mostly “here is what we sell.” The flipbook already talks like an engineer with a sourcing problem. WordPress lets us put that language on real pages: custom battery packs that do not fit off the shelf, PCB from prototype to production, lead time vs unit cost, sourcing mistakes that show up after design lock.
Then a LinkedIn post can point at that page. Search can find the same page. ChatGPT-style tools can summarize it. One story, three doors in. The current CMS makes that slow and expensive. WordPress makes it normal weekly work.
The $5,200 is not “WordPress because it is trendy.” It is so the monthly work has somewhere to live.
1. New site — $5,200
Move Kingway onto WordPress. Fresh look, same Kingway story. Structure ready for the pages we will add on the monthly work.
Included
- Rebuild on WordPress
- Fresh look, same Kingway story
- Keep important existing URLs where we can (redirects so old links still work)
- Contact forms
- Google Analytics and Search Console hooked up so we can see what is working
- Room to grow: problem pages, application pages, industry pages
Not included in this price
- Rewriting the whole product catalog page by page
- A full set of new application / problem stories (that is the monthly work)
- A custom portal or RFQ system
This is the vehicle. Not a content campaign. See the content wireframe for how pages are structured.
Payment: 50% to start ($2,600). 50% when the new site launches ($2,600).
We will set dates once you say go.
2. Getting found — $2,350 / month (combined)
One monthly line. Not two retainers. Not $900 plus $2,350.
Graydian already runs LinkedIn for Kingway. That work stays. We are not asking you to keep paying for social and add a second SEO bill on top.
$2,350 per month is the full ongoing number. LinkedIn social and search (Google + AI tools) together. When this starts, it replaces the current social-only arrangement with one combined “getting found” retainer.
| What you have today | What this proposal is |
|---|---|
| LinkedIn social (~$900/mo) | Same LinkedIn work, still included |
| No search / SEO layer yet | Keyword research, competitor research, pages, backlinks, Graydian Intelligence |
| Two separate ideas | One line: $2,350/mo total |
Social keeps the people who already know you. Search brings in the people who do not. Same problem language. Different job. One price.
LinkedIn (keep what is working)
Same posting runway you already have. About two posts a week, engineer voice, no fluff. You said this is already sending traffic and some calls. We do not drop it.
Search (Google + AI tools)
Pages and cleanup on the new site so someone researching a supplier problem can find you. We start that as soon as WordPress can take pages. Social does not wait on the rebuild.
We run this with Graydian Intelligence, our research and SEO toolkit, plus Google Search Console and Analytics. Same capability we use to watch competitors, pick keywords worth writing for, find link opportunities, and spot technical problems before they bury a page.
This is ongoing work, not a ranking guarantee. We measure traffic, search visibility, and inquiries. We adjust from there.
What the search work includes (Graydian Intelligence)
Keyword research
Find the phrases engineers and sourcing managers actually type (and the questions they ask AI tools). Map those to pages we can win. Not a dump of 500 keywords. A short list tied to the 2–3 problems you want to own first, then expand as pages prove out.
Competitor research
You saw the lunch deep dive. That does not stop after the proposal. With Graydian Intelligence we keep watching who is showing up for the same supplier problems: which pages they rank for, where their content is stronger, where Kingway has a gap. We use that to decide what to write next, not to copy their site.
On-page and technical SEO
Titles, headings, internal links, redirects, thin or broken pages, site health checks through Graydian Intelligence. So the pages we publish can actually be found and crawled.
Backlinking
Other sites linking to Kingway helps search trust you. We look for real opportunities (directories that matter, partners, suppliers, industry mentions, content worth linking to). We build and chase sensible links over time. No spam link farms. No buying junk.
Reporting from the data
Search visibility and competitor moves from Graydian Intelligence, Search Console queries and impressions, Analytics traffic and form/call paths we can see. So we know what is working and what to change.
What a normal month looks like
- Two posts a week on the Kingway account (and reshare to personal, same as now)
- Topics like the runway we already use: early sourcing mistakes, prototype vs production on PCB, why custom battery packs matter, lead time vs the cheapest unit cost
- When a new site page exists, the post can send people there instead of a generic homepage
Search / site (Graydian Intelligence)
- Pick 2–3 problems with you to own first (we still need that from you)
- Keyword research with Graydian Intelligence for those problems: volume, difficulty, related questions, what competitors already own
- Competitor gap check: what SureSource / Meco / similar players rank for that you do not
- Ship lasting pages in that voice. Example: “what to think about before you lock a battery pack,” or “prototype PCB vs production volume,” or “when lowest unit cost is the expensive choice”
- Pull application stories out of the flipbook onto the site over time, not all in month one
- On-page work: titles, headings, internal links so search can actually use the page
- Site audit / technical fixes (redirects, thin pages, crawl issues) so we do not lose the traffic social is already sending
- Backlink work: prospect and pursue a few solid links each month; clean up junk if it shows up
- Watch Search Console + Graydian Intelligence: what people typed, which pages got impressions, where competitors moved, what to write next
A concrete stretch, not a script
- While the new site is being built: LinkedIn keeps running. We lock the first 2–3 problems with you. We get Analytics and Search Console in place. Graydian Intelligence baseline on Kingway vs the competitors you care about (keyword map + gap list).
- First months after launch: first problem / application pages go live, aimed at the keywords we picked. LinkedIn starts pointing at them. We start backlink outreach for those pages. We see what search actually does with them.
- After that: more pages, tighten the ones that are working, keep posting, keep competitor and keyword research current, keep earning links. Same rhythm. Better vehicle.
We will not rewrite every product category in a month. We will keep publishing the headaches you already talk about, in a place strangers can find, with data behind what we write next.
How it fits together
Same story we walked at lunch. Competitors already live this way on the web. You do not have to guess who they are. You saw the list. We keep watching them with Graydian Intelligence so the monthly work stays pointed at the real gaps.
What we need from you
- Which two or three problems should Kingway own online first?
- Which two or three flipbook applications should lead?
- Is medical / health care in the first wave, or later?
- Do you want to own a tariff / dual-source story, or leave that alone for now?
Once you mark those, we lock Wave 1 and start building pages as soon as the new site can take them. Logo files and Analytics access can come when we start.
The content wireframe shows the site map and how each kind of page is built.
Kingway content wireframe
Content map for the new site and the getting-found work. Same ideas from lunch. The flipbook and LinkedIn already talk like engineers with real jobs. This puts that story on kingway-usa.com so Google and AI tools can find it.
The idea in one picture
| Layer | Job | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|
| Warm people who already know Kingway | Feed (we keep this) | |
| Website | Home for lasting problem and application stories | New WordPress site |
| Getting found | Reach strangers and AI tools | Google, ChatGPT-style tools, then your site |
Same story. Different doors in. The product catalog stays. It is not the only way someone finds you.
Site map
What visitors see in the main menu.
| Menu | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Home | Open with buyer problems, then proof and a clear path to contact |
| Applications | Flipbook-style stories: the job first, Kingway inside that job |
| Problems | Pages built around headaches people type into search |
| Capabilities | Your product / capability list (what you have today, cleaned up) |
| How we work | Idea → factory → door, in plain steps |
| About | Who Kingway is, founder / engineer voice |
| Insights | Longer articles that stay on the site (from themes we already use on LinkedIn) |
| Contact | Form and phone |
Also kept available: Flipbook, compliance (RoHS / REACH / conflict materials), and the battery section (already one of the stronger areas on the site).
Existing links stay live
We keep your current page addresses working (home, products, about, contact, flipbook, compliance, battery pages, and product pages). Old links redirect so nothing breaks.
What the new site builds vs what we publish over time
| On the new site build | On the monthly getting-found work |
|---|---|
| Menu and page templates for Applications, Problems, How we work, Insights | Writing the first real problem and application pages |
| Homepage layout with room for buyer problems | Filling those blocks and improving them |
| Capabilities / catalog moved over and restyled | Deeper category updates only when they matter |
| Forms, Analytics, Search Console | Keyword research, competitor research, backlinks, reporting (Graydian Intelligence) |
The site is the vehicle. The monthly work fills it with the stories that get you found. Numbers and scope are in the proposal.
How each kind of page is built
Every lasting page should answer one clear question a buyer or an AI tool would ask.
Home
Open with the buyer’s situation, not a big product grid.
- Who Kingway is in one line (US partner, direct sourcing, electronics and mechanical, to the door)
- Three to five buyer problems (you help us pick these) — each links to a Problems or Applications page
- Short “how we work” steps
- A few application examples from the flipbook
- Proof (flipbook / cases)
- Contact
Problem pages
Own a headache. When someone (or ChatGPT) describes that pain, this page is the clear answer.
- Problem headline in buyer language
- Who feels it (engineer, sourcing, product team)
- What goes wrong if they ignore it
- How Kingway approaches it
- Related capabilities (links into the catalog, not a dump)
- Related applications
- A few short FAQs
- Contact
Good first candidates (pick two or three with us)
- We don’t have staff in Asia / we can’t manage factories from here
- Sourcing mistakes that show up after the design is locked
- Lead time vs the cheapest unit cost
- Custom battery packs when off-the-shelf fails
- PCB: prototype vs production volume
- Broker vs partner — one path from idea to the door
- Tariff / dual-source risk (only if you want to own that story)
Application pages
The flipbook on the web. Job first. Capabilities inside the product.
- The product or situation (garage door, lawn equipment, industrial enclosure, and so on)
- What has to work (reliability, lead time, cost, durability)
- What Kingway puts inside that job
- Logistics / full assembly / warehousing when it matters
- Related problems
- Contact
Markets already in your flipbook (pick two or three to lead with)
- Consumer electronics (garage door opener, donation jar, golf sensor, Ball2, and similar)
- Transportation / automotive
- Lawn and garden / outdoor power
- Industrial (enclosures, control modules, lighting)
- Health care / medical devices (we’ll be careful with regulated language)
How we work
One clear process page.
- Idea / design review
- Sourcing and design for manufacturing
- Manufacturing, sub-assembly, full box build
- Logistics to the door
- Why this is a partner model, not just a broker
- Contact
Common questions (broker vs partner, lead time, logistics, full assembly, certifications you stand behind) can live here or as their own short page.
Insights
Longer pages that stay online. Same engineer voice as LinkedIn. Themes we already use:
- What engineers should think about before sourcing
- Early sourcing mistakes that cost time later
- Why custom battery packs matter
- PCB: prototype vs production
- Lead time vs cost
- How Kingway evaluates suppliers
About one lasting article every month or two after the new site is up. Not a daily blog.
Capabilities (products)
For buyers who already know the part family. We move this over, make it easy to update, and keep the battery area as a strong hub. We are not rewriting every product page by hand in the site project.
About and Contact
About: company story and founder / engineer voice.
Contact: form and phone. We can add “How did you hear about us?” (Google, ChatGPT, LinkedIn, referral) so you see where strangers are coming from.
What we publish first
With the new site
- Homepage ready for problem blocks
- Applications and Insights sections ready to fill
- How we work (can start simple)
- Capabilities, battery, compliance, and flipbook moved over
First 60–90 days of getting found
- Two or three problem pages you choose
- Two or three application pages you choose
- How we work finished
- Homepage problem blocks live and linked
- Two Insights from your strongest LinkedIn themes
After that
More flipbook applications on the site. Stronger About / founder voice. Short FAQs on every problem page so AI tools can quote you cleanly. Optional later: a simple engineer checklist people can download.
LinkedIn and the site together
| Website | ||
|---|---|---|
| Ongoing | About two posts a week, same engineer voice | — |
| When a new page goes live | Post can send people to that page, not only the homepage | Page keeps working for search and AI |
| Planning what to write next | Themes stay practical and engineer-led | Graydian Intelligence (keyword and competitor research) helps pick the next gaps |
We keep LinkedIn. Getting found does not replace it. Social warms people up. The site is where strangers and AI tools find you.
How we write so people and AI tools can use it
- Clear answer near the top: who Kingway is for this problem
- Plain language, short paragraphs
- Company name, what you do, how to reach you
- A few questions and answers on the page
- No capacity, certification, or tariff claims we have not confirmed with you
What we need from you
- Which two or three problems should Kingway own online first?
- Which two or three flipbook applications should lead?
- Is medical / health care in the first wave, or later?
- Do you want to own a tariff / dual-source story, or leave that alone for now?
Once you mark those, we lock Wave 1 and start building pages as soon as the new site can take them. Logo files and Analytics access can come when we start.
